One might ask, why is this the IPP Waterfall? Well friends, let me give you the answer to the best of my ability.

Like all things which qualify for IPP status, this waterfall is like an island patch, a crevice between two cold, stony, barriers. The green is metaphorical of paradise, the power of the water streaming out and down definitely adds the penetration capabilities of this waterfall, and the pressure builds up through the crack opening and bursts the water outwards

This is only the very bottom part of the waterfall. The actual thing goes up maybe 500 feet to the top, and is 2 separate streams merging into one another to create a great cascading waterfall. It was well worth the 4mile hike through a snow storm to get here.

Only a short drive from the snow capped peaks of Sequoia National Park, a beautiful, luscious green river awaits our arrival
