Here is Kate Faber's personal information (although I don't recommend calling or writing her, doubt she'd respond anyhow), please do not email me saying this is not moral or whatever. I don't give a shit. This is public information, and I am protected by the first amendment in our constitution and have a right (and in my view an obligation) to make it available. Kobe's name, whether or not he is guilty, has been dragged through the mud like crazy, and I think this girl should have to suffer the same fate.

Faber, 20 years old 09/01/04 UPDATE: KOBE IS FREE (SORTA) Well, the TRUE COLORS of Kate Faber have come out! She has decided not to cooperate with prosecutors in the criminal case against Kobe... why? So she can pursue her civil (money) claim against him full speed. Wow, what a fucking shocker! As a result of her decision, the district attorney has decided to drop all charges and the judge has dismissed the criminal case altogether! I really hope Kobe countersues this gold digging whore. 08/13/04 UPDATE: What everyone was waiting for this whole time has finally occurred. Kate Faber has filed a civil lawsuit against Kobe, seeking monetary compensation. Hey, big surprise here huh? Oh, and she is thinking about stopping cooperation with the prosecution in the criminal case because they are 'ruining her image' and 'lowering her chances of a civil settlement' ... wait a minute. If Kobe raped her, what would be a better and more fitting punishment... jail time, or paying out money? Hmmm. I think that most people would prefer to see him do some hard time behind bars. Why would Kate rather get paid? Is money what this whole thing is about? I'm shocked! 08/01/04 UPDATE: Well its been close to a year since I updated this page. Why? I simply don't care about the case anymore. Kobe screwed up the Lakers, Shaq is gone, so is Phil and D-Fish, and Karl is probably out soon. So the Lakers are messed up and its pretty much Kobe's fault, whether or not he admits it (heh, irony). Anyhow, recap of the latest happenings: The court keeps screwing things up and posting information about Kate Faber, and then I get emails from people angry that I posted year old info on the girl. Maybe you all should email the court in Colorado and ask why they keep 'messing up' every other week. I would take any bet that their site gets a lot more hits about the case then mine does. Uhm, besides that, Kobe's defense is going to be able to use evidence & questioning about Kate's sexual history and activity, but some of the evidence they wanted thrown out is also going to be admissible. God, I really hope the NHL saves the season so at least I can look forward to watching the Kings play. 11/25/03 UPDATE: This, according to MSNBC- Nov. 26 — Kobe Bryant’s accuser was checked into a medical treatment center by her family for privacy reasons, The Vail (Colo.) Daily reported Wednesday. The story comes in the wake of the National Enquirer reporting the 19-year-old woman entered the rehab facility following a binge of alcohol and marijuana. 11/03/03 UPDATE: THE GLOBE HAS RELEASED KATE FABER'S NAME TO THE PUBLIC! It's about goddamn time if you ask me. Finally, someone besides Tom Leykis had the balls to step up to the plate and do the right thing. I applaud The Globe, and hope other media outlets follow their lead. 10/21/03 UPDATE: Well, yesterday the Judge decided there was enough evidence for Kobe to stand trial on the rape charges against him, nothing unexpected there. However, he explained his decision in an 8 page ruling instead of the normal 1 or 2 pages, because he felt there was minimal, yet sufficient evidence for a trial. So I think that should be good new for Kobe's defense team. 10/16/03 UPDATE: Pamela Mackey, Bryant's lead defense attorney, claims she has PROOF Kobe is innocent! Her comment about Ms. Faber having sex with as many as three men in three nights may have a basis to it, after testimony is heard revealing that indeed, semen and pubic hair from a person OTHER than Bryant was found in her panties!!! What a slut she is! Hey, what can I say, the best defense is a good offense. 10/10/03 UPDATE: Well in case you live in some little cave and haven't heard, the preliminary hearing was yesterday. During the hearing, the gloves really came off for Kobe's defense team, with his lawyers aggressively attacking prosecution witnesses. Of course, no one really expected the judge to decide there was not enough evidence to go to trial. I think this is just total bullshit how everyone is trying to keep KATE FABER's name a secret. But at least the judge remanded his previous order to keep the media from using her name. Now, finally, our hero, Tom Leykis, can once again use her name on the air freely. WHY do I think Kobe Bryant is innocent? This... from the Associated Press: Kate Faber has TWICE tried to commit suicide according to close friends of hers. (hah, real good friends). Of course, everyone has heard by now about her emotional issues, possible mental instability and breakdowns, claiming she has been raped before, and lotsa other stuff going on. She has tried out for stuff like American Idol, etc. The girl is an attention whore. Clearly, Ms. Faber is a psycho (in my opinion) and needs help!
